Help with embedding quotes

I was always able to do this before today. Now, however, there seems to be no way to highlight a section of another member's post and then get it to embed in my reply.

I will try testing it here and see if it works on this forum.

Then he's beat, because without investing any $$, he certainly cant earn any residual.

Okay, it seems to be working here but I think the process seems to have changed. It used to be a lot easier to do than it is now.
