Anyway, they gave big money to Jake Long & Scott Wells. Re-signed Saffold. Spent the #2 overall selection in last year's draft on Greg Robinson.

The effort was made. But, thanks to injuries, the outcome just hasn't been good yet.

Yes... it's not like they completely ignored the Oline. They tried.

But, like you say, injuries... declining performance... lots of things resulted in it not working. Doesn't matter now... that's in the past.

Kind of back to the drawing board. Let's try refridgerators this time!

Yeah, it's not like you can rebuild all at once. I see this draft and picking up Foles not as another piece, but as the "final" piece. They drafted where they could, kept who they could, temporarily patched where they had to. Now it's all rebuilt and ready to build on that instead of just filling holes, IMHO.

This needs to be a season to remember because in 2015-2016, several key players are gonna be looking to get paid.
