It's a lot of things this meeting could be about but I'm betting it's about the Rams and their current situation. They already have most f if not all the funds for the new Arch project so now it's time for the talks to really heat up about the Rams. The governor and Mayor both know that keeping the Rams in St. Louis benefits the state. It also realizes the potential of turning downtown st.louis into a major hub of shopping dinning and real estate.
