Killed two birds with one stone. First, they get good PR for doing something for veterans on a national show.

Second, they just put two very good looking guys, one the face of the franchise, out there knowing who watches the show (women). Rams are looking to grow their market. That's why they picked Ellen, it's an incredibly popular show whose target audience is exactly who the Rams are looking to turn into fans.
