The last THREE QB's that Jeff Fisher ever coached are now the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd seeds in the NFC playoff race

Philadelphia Eagles - Nick Foles - 1st seed
Minnesota Vikings - Case Keenum - 2nd seed
LA Rams - Jerrod Goff - 3rd seed

As bad as Fisher is with QB's, I don't think you can blame him for Vince Young's failures. Vince just never put in the work at the pro level like one has to in order to become a top flight QB. Not sure he ever could have been one, but he certainly never put for the effort to get there, and I have to believe had he done so, he might have at least become an average QB at the NFL level.
