At this point I'd rather they wait until next season. Anything that sets the cowgurlz back to start the season.
Not to mention that Elliott has been struggling mentally with the suspension hanging over him. The longer this drags on, the more of a punishment it becomes.

From what I heard is Elliot will now have to battle it out in NY courts where the NFL rarely loses.

Last week:

Reporter: :flanders: "Hey Zeke. What do you have to say to those that say you've lost a step from last year and you're not the same player?"

zeke 2.jpg
"I say, 'Shut up'!" (chorus of laughter from panty-waist beta-male reporters)

Today:

"I suppose it is your turn to sit the f%#& down and shut up now, Zeke, my boy. Six weeks, you fa%&$# @ss woman abuser." :mrburnsevil:

"Oh...and Jerrah said when you come back from your suspension, you better not look all out of shape like you did in camp, or your gone."

Yeah, I was hoping he wouldn't be playing against us but that turned out to be moot.
Me too. But aside from that, anything that can start that team off to the wrong kind of start? I vote yea.

There is some really good material here. I read through it after I merged two threads. After all.... Did we really want two threads about this POS on our board?

I'll start with the pictures, then the quotes:

screenshot_1-jpg.21337

Maybe Dallas can re-sign that charmer Greg Hardy to fill that open roster spot
:ROFLMAO:

At least we have an automatic win in the first 6 games. It's on October 1st.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA How'd that go for you Rynie?

Since it's not a Rams player, though, it's pretty funny. And her being a Gints fan makes it even better lol.
And a cowgurlz fan couldn't see the humor here?

I'm busting out my belly shirt in his honor as soon as I get home. Will proudly sport it tomorrow night during the game.

fuck the cowgirls.
Not a picture I needed but totally agree with the last line - literally and figuratively
Rule5_Cowgirls_8.jpg

He pulled the top off of a woman in public,
Picture or it might not have happened.

EZEKIEL ELLIOTT ACCUSER'S INJURY PHOTOS SHOW BRUISING
Um.... wrong pictures - refer to Les' post above

Like I've said. You'd mad upset if it were Gurley, but OK. Also, I apologize in advance for the October 1st. Take this L now.
How dat L taste? Oh.... and it's NOT Gurley so we not mad upset.

I love how y'all think one player will take you over the hump when Goff is still your biggest problem.
Yeah - Dak looked hella better than Jared. :ROFLMAO:

Well, since there will be more Cowboys fans than Rams fans there, it won't happen.
Um.... in Dallas? Do tell.

Truth is kind of harsh, yeah? I'd be ticked if a 4th round QB was twice as good as the #1 draft pick, too.
Harsh you say?

Put your chubby away, and man up - you're a typically delusional cowgirl fan.
:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

This year is going to be sweet, for a lot of reasons.
Seeing Zeke in a horizontally striped belly shirt, and the Dakster discovering the reality of playing in the NFL.
Uh.... SNAP? :ROFLMAO:

Yippy ki yay muthuh fuckerrrrrrrrrrr

It's ok rynie, id be salty too if my star RB was suspended for being a woman beating chipmunk douchebag. But hey, leading the nfl since 2014 in suspensions is an accomplishment!!! Keep up the good work cowgirls!!! Wait sorry, I meant cowboys, cowgirls are just what the Cowboys beat on...
Freaking OUCH!!!

Worth repeating IMO

Dude's gonna be a hit in prison some day.
That belly shirt gonna buy him some smokes

Y'all all gonna be real mad when Zeke runs all over the rams like Murray always did.
Oops!

Just clear this thing up you lawyers!!! I want no excuses come Monday morning, October 2nd, 2017. I do not want my celebration tainted in any way.
:sneaky:
Lawyers aside... no taint here - 'cept the one Zeke will be sharing in prison some day

Embarrassing. Cowboys fans don't even know how to spell "believe" correctly.
Wonder if they can spell guilty?

ugh. lawyers! :p
Right?

So the dirtbag court system came down on the side of the dirtbag player and against the dirtbag chick and the dirt bag commissioner?

Ezekiel Elliott gets temporary restraining order blocking suspension

Ezekiel Elliott is expected to be back on the field with his teammates on Sunday in San Francisco after a federal judge in New York granted him a temporary restraining order.

The NFLPA filed the motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction in the federal lawsuit that the NFL initiated after Elliott filed the initial lawsuit in Texas. The Southern District Court of New York heard the NFLPA’s motion Tuesday before issuing its ruling.

The NFL had reinstated Elliott’s six-game suspension after it won a court battle Thursday with a three-judge panel from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals vacated the injunction blocking the suspension.

The Cowboys had a bye last week.

And now Elliott has won . . . for now. The temporary restraining order is stayed for 14 days or until further proceedings.

The NFL has the right to seek appeal, and the league could explore and aggressively pursue an appeal to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Elliott has 105 carries for 393 yards and two touchdowns this season after leading the league in rushing last season.

.

I don't understand why they keep trying to delay it. Eventually he has to take 6 weeks off.

ELLIOTT gets a temporary restraining order against the NFL?

The restraining order is what should be filed against HIM, by the woman he hit. Then she should go to every Cowboy game, thus preventing him from being able to go to the stadium without violating the order. :neener:

At this point, for this season, Elliott staying on the field can only help the Rams. The more the Cowboys win against NFC teams the rest of this year will help the Rams run for the playoffs. So, I hope he can figure out how to have the suspension start next year, or as late as possible this year. As much as we bag on Elliott as of late, having him on the field does help Dallas' chances for victory.

Yeah, one of the local sports stations was livid about it.

They can't understand why DAL keeps kicking this can down the road. They worry that the suspension will become valid just when the playoffs start (I hate to break it to them, but DAL probably won't be making the playoffs anyway ).

Federal judge reinstates Ezekiel Elliott suspension
Posted by Mike Florio on October 30, 2017

The on-again, off-again, on-again, off-again Ezekiel Elliott suspension is . . . ON.

Judge Katherine Polk Failla has denied Elliott’s motion for preliminary injunction. It means that Elliott’s suspension is back on. For now.

Elliott’s camp will appeal. However, until he can get the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to rule, he will miss time.

The Cowboys play the Chiefs at home on Sunday in Week Nine. Barring a successful appeal, Elliott will also miss games against the Falcons, Eagles, Chargers, Washington, and Giants.
