I think these group of guys conversation reflects a lot of what I have read here on ROD.
Outside of being a rams fan and looking objectively at Goff and our offense I think some of their points are very valid.

Question?
Do you think Goff now has the potential to be a top 15 or 20 QB this year?

3500 yards and 20 TDs is probably not unreasonable if Goff has made significant progress from year one to year two.

I see Rosenthal starting in on him again. It's not that expectations are low, it's realizing Goff is a work in progress and we have to show a little patience.

They are the outsiders glazing over the overall picture.
They have not been to a single Rams practice this year.

I rarely listen to guys like this who opine about what they regurgitate among other idiots like themselves. It's intellectually lazy to base an authoritatively delivered opinion on a rookie QB's first 8 games in the NFL in possibly the worst offense conceived by a mediocre HC like Fisher. They obviously are not listening to McVay's comments about Goff this year, which is fair I guess (in a way), because it only gets real when guys are in pads. But it's easy/lazy to not wait and see about Goff this year, with a vastly improved Oline, better WR's, and TE's....AND a Offensively minded HC with a superior plan to run a 21st century offensive system.

IE, shut the fvkk up until you know better.

To be fair I heard more than a few valid points. I like the potential and talent of Jared but a lot talk about him like he's already a proven commodity. Honestly I don't see he finds himself fully until next season. This will probably be his coming out year, I just pray he doesn't get injured to restrict his learning and experience i.e. Bradford.
