The Cowboys were trying to move into round 1 to draft Paxton Lynch. Starting at 22 and working back. They couldn't make a deal obviously. One other QB that they spent a lot of time on was Dak Prescott. They do need a pass rusher, but they also need a future QB to groom behind injury prone Romo.

Not so sure. The Jets are rumored to like him, the Niners, the Saints.....He has had a fair amount of interest. Dallassupposedly likes Hackenberg too. They could get him in round 3 or maybe even later.
