Based on the latest reports, mock drafts, and big boards, there appears to be 10 guys who will almost certainly will be off the board at 16. The second group of 4 players are a strong bet to go ahead of the Rams. The 3rd group of 4 players are a decent bet to produce a pair of picks to go ahead of the Rams.
I don't see both Austin and Patterson both gone in the top 15. Right now Patterson is sliding due to rawness, work ethic, immaturity questions and his poor combine interviews according to the guys on the NFLC. Austin has the size issue hanging over him. I'm not sure teams in the top 15 with so many other pressing needs will spring for a WR when the draft is so deep in them.
In summary, if all 10 players from the first group go ahead of the Rams, and at least 4 of the 8 players from the the next two groups go ahead of the Rams, then at least one of the top 2 WRs will be there at 16.
