Martin hasn't been the same player since his injury. Rainey is better IMO. Knowing our luck though, Martin would re-breakout against us though, so I guess starting Rainey is a good thing, he has less upside.

This may not be a good thing. Bucs fans have said that Martin has been hesitant whereas Rainey is running with more confidence and decisiveness which has made him more effective.
