Per Chris Mortonsen:

Rams' Sam Bradford will undergo MRI after initial exam is inconclusive on same left knee that underwent ACL surgery last season, per source.

Trust me, I highly doubt there is one RAMS fan that is relaxed or 'chill' about the diagnosis that we have been told..

Inconclusive? That's ridiculous. You can tell if it's an ACL/MCL based on a physical exam. There is no physical exam which is "conclusive". There is no imaging test that can identify a ligament tear other than an ACL.

Basically, Mortenson has no idea what he's talking about

Mortensen said it that way for sensationalism.

Mortensen is wrong a lot of the time. Schefter is who I choose believe.

That's what I was trying to say. If the physical exam showed no tear to the ACL, it's pretty unlikely he has one.

I much more worried about Tru at this point

I think Tru is done for the year, that was a nasty bend. Bradford's is more scary though, because he's the most important guy on the team.

Jeff Fisher on Bradford injury: "I can't tell you anything right now. We'll probably do some more tests tomorrow. Sam is in good spirits."

They probably won't say one way or another until they do an MRI. I'm sure they have a good idea if it's torn or not. They just don't want to release any information until it's confirmed. Let's hope it's nothing and he can play. If it is torn let's start looking at college QBs. The preseason sucks wieners.

Hoping for the best as he is the best option at the position. But, while I may be in the minority on this, I really think this team can still win games if he missed some time.

I agree that they are good enough to win some games with defense and a backup, but I really hope we don't find out. Im not built for nights like last night.

We can definitely win games without him. Shaun Hill is a quality backup, plus we are built around our defense and run game. That said we are much better with Sam.

IF IT'S A CONTUSION THERE COULD BE A LOT OF SWELLING AND HE MAY NEED TO HAVE THE KNEE DRAINED REPEATEDLY ,sorry for cap lock.
I had one on the knee that needed aspiration weekly for six weeks and it got weaker as time went on ,bt Sam will get daily care whereas mine was weekly his recovery could be in time to open the season.

Schefter said almost the same thing last night:

to which Jeff Fisher replied "oh really, I didnt see him in the locker room at all..if you see Adam, tell him I said Hi !!"

I've torn my ACL and MCL at once. The way Sam was walking off the field, I doubt this is the case. h
Hyper extension would make much more sense as Fisher seemed to think.
