Well i love the Rams decision to go get Austin. He's a good kid too,willing to work,unselfish etc...
I just think that he's going to really open up things for guys like Givens,Cook and even our RB's. I hope Austin & Bradford can develop a chemistry early.
Austin and Cook lined up together? NIGHTMARE for opposing LB's and safety's.


I like the Ogletree pick(dont love it). I like his speed & versatilty in college. We didnt really need a pass rusher,we needed a sideline to sideline guy who can pursue and cover, so Ogletree definately fits a need there.
Hopefully the Rams can get him in the weight room and get him to fill out and get stronger,unless they like his role strictly as a "chaser-hitter-type."

Then there's the character thingy....all we can do is keep our fingers crossed and hope he matures surrounded by men and an a pro coaching staff.

ogletree will keep those running qbs in check. fisher had a plan against them and it worked well. now he has a plan and a lb who can chase them down.

For sure. He'll also help immensely with containing those two QB's we'll face 4 times a year
