I don't have a lot of stats and commentary to go with todays photos, as I'm a bit under the weather! But Here we go!
In no special order. LB Will Witherspoon:

I really wish will was still playing for us sometimes!

Sometimes, if he had a problem, he sat on it for a Bit!

Good memories of Will!

Next up, From the GSOT Days LB Lorenzo Styles:

He was with us from 1997-2000

We've had a lot of luck with Ohio State LB's!!


Next man up, From our SB XXIV Days, LB Joe Harris:

Joe played for us from 1979-1981, and had two FR's he returned for TD's!

Next up LB Carlos Jenkins:

He played for the Rams in '95-'96


And Then we have C - John Morrow:

He played for us from 1956 thru 1959

Next LB Brian Allen:

He played for our 2001 Squad

And next we have LB George Burman:

He Played for us from 1967-1970

And he played LB behind a pretty impressive Line!( he is pictured on the right side of this Pic , standing on the side-line)

Lastly, for me, today. LB Norwood Vann:

He played for the Rams from 1984-1987

Again, sorry for the lack of stats, and commentary. I suffer from COPD, and it's Draining me right now!

Hopefully you gent's can fill in that for me!

I hope this makes up for my being ill, and not being able to add stats previously!

* LB - Will Witherspoon 2006-2009 & 2013

Will played 5 seasons total for us and in 70 games he had 2 INT's for 22 Yds. and 20 Passes defended along with 5 FF's / 11 sacks for 70 Yds. and 289 TKL's w/ 52 assists. " Thank Spag's and Devaney for their wisdom in trading will to Philly!!" Because they thought we needed WR help!

* LB Lorenzo Styles 1997-2000

Styles played 42 games in his 4 seasons with the Rams. He had 1 FR / 1 sack / 28 TKL's / and 17 assists.

* LB - Joe Harris - 1979-1981

( Again I had a misprint above^ he was in SB XIV not SB XXIV!)
In his 3 seasons he played in 45 games and had 1 INT for 7 Yds. and 4 FR's for 41 Yds. w/ 1 TD.

* LB - Carlos Jenkins - 1995-1996

In 2 years he played 29 games and had 1 INT> / 2 FF's / 3 FR's / and 1.5 sacks plus he had 92 TKL's and 18 assists.

* Center - John Morrow - 1956-1959

In his 3 seasons he played 35 games and had 2 FR's. again, O-Lineman don't get a lot of stats!

* LB - Brian Allen - 2001

Play 3 games and only had 1 Tackle, but he was on the 2001 squad, and how many of us can claim that!!

* LB - George Burman - 1967-1970

He played 4 seasons for the Rams, But the only stat I could find on him is 1 KR for 11 yards!

* LB - Norwood Vann - 1984-1987

In his 4 seasons with the rams he had 7 FR's / and 1 Safety in his 51 games.

* LB - Brett Faryniarz - 1988-1991

He played in 59 games in his 4 seasons, and had 3 FR's / 6 sacks / and 97 tackles.

* LB - Mario Haggan - 2012

Only played 1 year with us. But in his 11 games he had 1 FF / 1 FR / 1 sack / 11 TKL's and 2 assists.

* LB - David Nixon - 2010-2011

in 2 seasons he only played 9 games and had 1 ff and 6 tackles.

* LB - Brady Poppinga - 2011

In his1 season he played in 15 games and had 2 PD's / 1 FF / 2 FR'sand 37 Tackles w/ 14 assists.

FWIW, LB's Joe Harris & Norwood Van were on of the finest special team players during their careers with the Los Angeles Rams. Under John Robinson Gil Haskell was his special team coach and consistently put out one of the better units, however, back then, special team coaches ended up being promoted to coach different units and in Haskel's case, he was promoted to running back coach in 1987.
