Not a lot of great names today, But some notables.
I'll start with DB George Sims: (1949-50)

George Sims1.jpg
In 21 games George had 10 Int's for 83 Yds. and a TD, with a long of 27 Yds.
In 1949 led the league with 9 Int's! One for a TD.

NEXT UP, HB/DB Charley Britt: (1960-63)

Charlie_Britt1.jpg

He had 14 Int's for 241 Yds. and 1 TD w/ a long of 73 Yds.
Charlie_Britt2.jpg

He was very highly rated in 1960!

NEXT UP, SS Richie Petitbon: (1969-70)

Richie_Petitbon2.jpg

In his 26 Starts he had 6 Int's for 56 Yds. w/ a long of 25 Yds. and 2 FR's
Petitbon1.jpg

He played in 1 playoff game and had an Int. in it. and he was better than his stats reflect, in my memory anyway!

NEXT UP, QB Bert Jones: (1982)

Bert Jones1.png

He came here after 9 years of Fame with the Baltimore Colts!
bert_jones2.jpg
Everyone "Knew" We had our next Great QB!
Jones3.png
Not so much!!
Jones4.jpg

He Played in 4 games, and had a record of 1-3 he was 48 of 87 for 527 Yds. and 2 TD's w/ 4 Int's, and he was sacked 8 times.

Jones5.jpg
He and Queen Georgia did bring a lot of press to the Rams games in '82! ...

Jones6.jpg

... Not much else though!

And My Last of the Day, Our Future Back-up, QB Case Keenum: ( Present)

Case2.jpg
I thought he Played well last night against the Titan's!
And IF he keeps it up he's our #2!
Case3.jpg

To end on a High note, Case w/ Casey!

I wanted to add QB's Jerry Rhome, and Chris Chandler today, But I couldn't find any Photos of them! If anyone can find some, I'll post stats on them!

That's all I have though, how about you!?

GO RAMS!!

Avery4.jpg

and he had 14 rushs for 99 Yds. and a TD an aver. of 7.1 w/ a long of 37 Yds.

Thanks for saving me again T-REX!

QB Jerry Rhome: (1971) was another ' Roman Gabriel' Back-up'! And, If I may add, a Dallas Cowboy Reject!
He went 5 of 8 for 66 Yds. and a TD, TOTAL, for the Rams.

QB Chris Chandler: (1994 & 2004) He was a journeyman who had 2 stints with the Rams! In 17 games he had 8 starts, His record was 2-6-0. he went 143 of 238 for 1815 Yds. and 9 TD's w/ 10 Int's and he was sacked 14 times!
I don't think Chris was anywhere near as bad as his stats make him look!

Just to take a little closer look at our Current Starting QB!
** Case Keenum -2015-Present
Keenum1x.jpg
He's a Good Game Manager! I really hate that Term!

Keenum2x.jpg
These stats so far don't reflect just how good he's looked! In his 6 games and 5 Starts his Record is 3-2-0 ( and could easily be 4-1-0) he's completed 76 of 125 Att.'s / 50.8%/ for 828 Yds. and 4 TD's. and 1 Int./ a long of 60 Yds. and a 6.6 Aver./ he's been sacked4 times and has a QBR of 87.7.
Keenum3x.jpg

" I'm using these photos to decide which Uni I like Best!!"

Keenum4x.jpg

Keenum5x.jpg
He's also Rushed 12 Times for a total of 5 Yds. w/ a long of4 Yds.

Keenum6x.jpg

" In his two Pre-Season games so far this year he's looked real good, comfortable in the Pocket and gets-it-done!! JMHO

New modum arrived yesterday so I'm good to go!

Donnie Avery had a couple good catches for us. He made two big plays on a game winning drive in 2008 versus the Redskins:

Case Keenum last year (That touchdown bomb to Kenny Britt against Sherman is one of my favorite highlights) :

Keenum has looked good this preseason. I'm excited to see how he does this season. He's certainly earned that position.

Great contributions from @Leuzer and @T-REX on today’s thread.

It is arguable that our nicest surprise last year was the addition of Robert Woods. Robert got a bit lost in the excitement of adding Sammy Watkins, and drafting Cooper Kupp.

So Robert decided he was just going to make big plays....
