About 9 minutes into it. It's a short part of the segment, but both Jason Taylor and Colin Cowherd think the Rams are the team that will go from worst to first this year. Vegas has the Rams wins (over/under) at 6, and Cowherd says "That's the safest bet in the NFL (the over)."

Collin used to be the local sports guy in Portland. Watched him for years. Always thought the geekiness worked for him. It also seems that he is secretly a closet Rams fan. He was the only one around that would give the Rams a fair shake. All that aside, he does seem to be right more than most of the other talking heads.
