There it is again. He also said there are a lot of very good football players on this team who (for whatever reason) haven't been able to reach their full potential, be it due to injury or the lockout, or whatever. So it's not a rebuild, but it's a new team. This is an interesting topic (to me at least).

Is it a rebuild? What classifies a rebuild? Is it just a continuation of what we had last year? Which statement of Fisher's do you take? It's not a rebuild. It's a new team. We're going to win now. We expect the rookies to produce right away. Lotta ambiguity here.
