Havenstein was ineffective against Cameron Jordan last week. What happens this week when he is matched against an equal if not better player?

Am I wrong, but I recall Garrett lining up over left tackle and beating Beechum last week like a drum. I'm sure closed session practices will have runs between the tackles where Garrett has vacated and chipping with a TE or RB on routes.

Yep. Hell be matching versus or veteran All Pro.

Ps Cam Jordan is no one to sneeze at. He’s going to get his period. Just expect it.

I think its fair to assume our line will be weaker overall this year inside. I've been impressed with Allen, but Noteboom and Demby/Blythe are a wildcard game to game for me. IMO Hav is kind of what he is. He will never be elite or pro bowl level, but is a solid/good NFL RT. He will get beat by higher tier rushers but at least it's easier for Jared to see.

If he lines up over Havenstein, chip him.

Garrett abused the LT last week mostly by bull rushing and overpowering vs technique. The NFL is stacked with talented DL. So I say bring it but it’ll take a lot more than just Garrett to shut down the Rams offense.

Personally, I think Noteboom is better than Allen.

I worry that Garrett is going to injure Goff. He uses his body to land on top of QBs. He doesn't seem to be making any effort to change his tackling style. AD could teach him how to do it without a penalty.

Garrett isn't likely to go the whole game without a few hits on Goff. I just hope Goff can evade his full on attacks.

Garrett was just fined almost 50 thousand by the NFL for using his body on his 4 sacks. Hope Garrett doesn't rush from both sides like Cam Jordan did last week before from the saints. He has no technique anyway, why not try to test Havenstein who had 2 holding calls against Havs.
