I like the hire when Chan's been an OC he's had good results as a Head Coach not so much look for C.J. Spiller to be a Jet.

I think the Jets need some innovative thinking. Gailey has been around the block too many times.

But that is one less OC spot for Chudzinski to be considered for!

Good results as an OC I bet he does an excellent job there. They gave Schottenheimer his first shot as an OC and Mornhinweg was considered creative so I bet the Jets will have their best offensive coordinator they've had in quite some time.

Good hire for us. Maybe the Rams are a desired destination for the ones this board are high on.

IMO making the Rams offense excel = instant head coaching consideration.
