Yeah - Pretty sure that's what He With Horns is talking about. Didn't we just put a MASH unit on the sideline at some point that year? Yikes! that was awful.

BTW - I would have liked your post but who in the hell could like THAT post? Oh yeah... Alan. :p

Great stuff as always Coach. @LACHAMP46 asked the question I was wondering. Good to know you will be attending practices during the year. Cracks me up when I read someone being referred to as an "insider". I feel like saying, "Have you read anything by CoachO?" Many thanks for doin' that thing you do.

This one kinda made me go o_O

You sure you just didn't see him? Dude sounds like he could hide behind a 2x4.

Well at 6'3 and 185, he has to run around to get wet in the shower.

Definitely brutal. I remember laughing about it once it became just so ridiculous.
Here's that teams IR tally:
Ron Bartell
Bradley Fletcher
Al Harris
Brian Jackson
Marquis Johnson
Jerome Murphy
Danny Amendola
Jacob Bell
Mark Clayton
Jermelle Cudjo
Michael Hoomanawanui
Josh Hull
Britt Miller
Rodger Saffold
Greg Salas
Jason Smith
Austin Pettis(suspended final two games)

By my count thats 10 or 11 starters(just eyeballing it).

The real scary part, is that some of those guys were starting in the first place.

I think that EJ Gaines could be this year's Bailey except on defense. He is a baller!

Recently activated from the Non-football PUP list, he is now participating in the full practices. He missed all of OTAs, but he seems to have a pretty good grasp of the position. He is now getting regular reps with the 3rd unit at Free Safety, displacing A. Cunningham. It’s been obvious he is anxious to get on the field, as his first day back, they had to pull him off the field during a Special Team drill. While his roster spot in murky, I would imagine he sticks around on the Practice Squad.

I wonder if he gets extra consideration because of the extent of his college injury and just now being cleared to play.

Just depends on how they view some of the other positions if they are able to use the roster spot this year as a "red shirt" year like they did with Barrett Jones last year.
