On this episode of Breakfast With Bernie, the Post-Dispatch's Bernie Miklasz says the Rams took a step backwards this season and have to set the bar higher to catch up to their NFC West foes.

I'm sure most will say Bernie is a tool and doesn't know what he's talking about but I agree with him. That's why I'm critical of many things with the Rams. I know that if the Rams ever want to be successful in the NFC West, they're going to have to do better than what they've been doing. That means everywhere. The players, coaching, drafting, signings,...everywhere. Doing well isn't good enough for the NFC West.
