Went to one last year in Lake Mary, Florida. The chick in the middle was our waitress.

Hope you didn't forget to give her the tip.
Straight 20%. And I barely looked at her, because I was with my wife at the time who had just attended a family member's funeral the day before. We didn't know what it was when we were driving by, either. Thought it was just an Irish Pub, which I love. And then when we got in... yeesh. I had the best poker face you'd ever seen in your life. It was absolute torture.

Did you give her the "I hear the food's good here" line?

No, because we honestly had no idea what kind of place it was. Never heard of it before. We just saw "Irish Pub" on the awning in front and figured we'd give it a shot because I'm a big fan of Irish Pub food. I mean, we knew instantly what we were in for once we walked in, but my wife took it like a Champ anyway. She said, "Uh boy ... well, let's try the food anyway." The food is alright I guess. I imagine that's not what draws people in. What was funny was how a lot of the waitresses sit in a chair to take your order. That certainly took the burden off of me. lol.

That's a Hooters move, sitting to take the order, or so I hear.

Here's X: I'll have the breasts... um, chicken breast with hot buns... I mean rolls... with a fish taco on the side... uh, bring me a burger please.

Come on man. Not even the Irish are fond of Irish food. :D Gotta do better than that. Oh - I get it - that's what you told your wife. Never mind.

You're crazy. Irish food is the shit. Corned beef & cabbage, Shepherd's pie, Irish stew, Fish & chips, Black & tan onion rings?
Maybe bangers & mash is gross (wouldn't know, haven't had the courage to order that yet), but I've never had bad Irish food.

I'm not sure that's the "tip" he was referring to.
