The Cardinals lost to the Panthers in the Wild Card round of the playoffs, leaving them a couple of steps short of becoming the first team to play a Super Bowl in their home stadium.

Coach Bruce Arians has already set a new goal for next season and shared it after he was named the NFL’s top coach for the second time in the last three seasons. It involves playing in the home of another NFC team when the 49ers host the Super Bowl at Levi’s Stadium this time next year.

“We’re dressing in their locker room,” Arians said, via the team’s website. “We can write it down today.”

Confidence is nothing new from Arians, who never wavered in his belief that the Cardinals could win the Super Bowl this year even as they lost several key players to season-ending injuries. Predictions for next season are a fool’s errand at this point, but getting some of those players back and the continued presence of Arians on the sideline are good reasons to think the Cardinals can be a winning team again next year.

Hasn't he learned anything from Rex Ryan?

We're going to humble him next year.

If the Rams have a healthy Bradford, fix the OL, and get a decent OC (all do-able) the Rams will be dressing there next year.

Health and execution will be everything. The pieces are there, just can't lose any. Once we put it together and keep it together.

As much as I detest Belichick, you never hear him saying anything like that. Pumping up your team and the fanbase is good up to a point but makes you look ridiculous when things go badly. BA also told his players this season not to allow other teams players to use their dressing room for the Super Bowl, then came their two games against the Rams and it all fell apart. A little humility is better than a lot of arrogance.

Is Cedric the entertainer in charge of Arians wardrobe?

Man, I used to like this guy, but he’s turning into a better-coach version of Rex
---------
Maybe he should figure out how to win one (1) playoff game before predicting to go all the way.
---------
Another Rex Ryan style blowhard. Hey Arians, you couldn’t get it done in your own stadium as you boasted about last summer…. you won’t get it done next season either.

Let me guess, you are just going to try and make this prediction every season and hope it actually comes true one year?

We know, it was just the injuries this season right? Wahhhh. Seahawks have 15 PLAYERS on IR. Suck it up.

Seahawks and Rams will finish ahead of the Cardinals.

Well DONE is superior to well SAID!

BTW, after losing their DC Bowles, it is most likely the Cards will take big steps backwards as their defense may not be able to keep them in games long enough for their offense to finally produce points, especially since they were willing to go with a proven not-good-enough-for -the-NFL QB in Lindley and wizz away a potential Super Bowl season.

Cards fans and Cards players who will not be with the team next season, you can thank their GM Keim for being short-sighted to have left the roster bare of any better backup and for agreeing to place and bet the team’s entire 9-1 season on a QB proven over the past few years to be totally ineffective in the NFL level, especially when proven and experienced NFL QB like Grossman were available to come in right away after Palmer got hurt (that left about 3 weeks of prep and familiarization time for an experienced QB to come in and become competent in the Arians’ offense.

Why Arians is still talking, I dunno.

But I would expect EVERY HC to have this level of confidence with his team. I surely hope Fisher has this confidence right now!

They're just smart enough to not talk about it publicly.

Quite Frankly wish the Rams had some of that swag.

They tried a little of that nonsense with their Sack City and AFROS in training camp and preseason. They got humbled real quick, and realized about 6 games into the season their words only went so far. Bruce Arians is gonna get the same medicine!

Maybe, but his team seems to feed off of his confidence much like Seattle and Pete Carroll.

Arians is doing all the feeding from the looks of it.

Two seasons.
Lots of regular season victories, beating his chest, running his mouth, shitting on other teams... and yet the wait is still on for his team to win a playoff game.

He's a turd with a stupid hat.
