Everything he said, however, is a setup to slam them if they fall short. (That's the cynic in me)

That said; he's pretty spot on in his use of the word "convergence". That is exactly what's happening IMO in all the areas he listed.

Those that follow the Rams close enough see what's happening and why it's different from any recent years. <-- this makes it EASY to spot the media observers who aren't doing their homework!

The game plan is coming together. The players. The staff. The experience. It's a loaded gun.
