I almost went with Dennard, but i can get a good corner in the 2nd round. Thought about Shazier too, but i'd be reaching.
I went with Ebron. This city loves a good TE...lol.
They need receivers. H.Nicks is gone. I'm taking the special talent here and drafting a decent WR in the mid rounds.

I, too, selected Ebron. By far the most talented TE in the draft and Eli needs a security blanket.

Donald and it's not even close in my mind. They just lost Linval Joseph, and they haven't replaced him. Their other DTs are either aging or completely ineffective (I'm looking at you, Marvin Austin.) Donald would make New York's defensive line fearsome again and would give Jason Pierre-Paul, Damontre Moore, and Matthias Kiwanuka a distraction from the middle.

So, with the twelfth overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft, I select Aaron Donald, defensive tackle out of Pittsburgh.

Looking at the Giants past history and all the DLinemen they lost, I'm actually shocked that the choices don't include more DLlinemen.

IMO, it's a slim chance they'll take a TE in the first round.

Unfortunately i only have the option of putting up nine players plus the write in per poll. It gets more difficult as we get deeper into the round to put up players that everyone thinks is a legit option. Too many variables after the top 10. I'm up to it though, i think it'll be an interesting mock to look back on in a couple years.

As to the NYG taking a TE in the first, yeah who knows...they have multiple needs. IMO Manning needs help.

This is a tough one. The Giants need a TE, help on the DL and OL help. All three are represented on the list by good players left on the board. If I were a Giants fan, I'd be happy if Ebron, Lewan, and Donald are left on the board. All three could be very helpful for them and could fill a spot with a day one starter that is also a big need.

I'm going with Aaron Donald, only because of the Giants history of taking defensive lineman in the first round. Otherwise, I would probably choose Ebron.

The Giants offensive line was incredibly poor last year. Eli had an average of last than 3 seconds before he was contacted by a defensive player. They need Lewan or they just might be in the same position next year.
