The cowboys problems all start with JJ, as long as he will only keep HCs that are yes men, and allow him to dictate what they do with his team the cowboys will never win another ring, regardless of the talent they may or may not have. JJs wants to prove he was right to sign Romo to that fat contract, when he should be more concerned with his team winning. JG doesnt have the balls to let Murray run the team to victory, knowing that will make JJ mad.
