The one before this one wasn't BP-white. I don't have a problem with this theme, but the font is taking some getting used to.

Good on chrome, Weird on Mozilla and doesn't seem to be any change on IE

I have heard it has gotten better so I am sure I will try it again at some point.

Try closing the site and re-entering the site after making the change.
Mine won't change to old school from default unless i close the page and come back in.

normally if you make the switch and hit the home button it will change over.
