Sorry guys... I don't like losing either, but I'm more upset with the attitude of the fans than I am our two losses.

Don't get me wrong, the Washington game was frustrating.
The lack of points this Sunday was also dissapointing...

That said, the general shittyness of the fans is worse than our 1-2 record.

This season is so far from over.
We're the youngest team facing a tough schedule. New offense, new players... I've been here, I know how long it's been since we were good.
But come on.

You think Fisher owes you transparency???
Please quit whining about coach speak. Bitch about our lack of preparation, bitch about the drops... fine by me.

Keep the constant whining to the vent threads please please pretty please with sugar on top. It's making this place as unenjoyable as the last two games...

For me its a mood thing. Sometimes it bothers me and I go do something else. Other times I read with a great deal of agreement.

I dont want to be "that guy" so I post less when we're losing like this. Read more, but post less.

I never EVER expect to lose a game. I never predict a loss and I never EVER say things like "We dont have a chance" Those things bother me more than bitching about losing. Theres a few long time posters here who have said some things that throw me for a loop. Very surprised to hear real fans predicting losses and claiming we have no chance to win games. Even some from before the Pittsburgh game. Not cool in my book. Then again, you aint got to read my book so to each his own.

Depends on the level of whine. If it's about things that have been plaguing us for a while an should have stopped years ago I can't really fault anyone for being sick and tired of it.

But then there some that are finding anything and all things to whine about, like finding our typical scapegoats and beating their dead corpses instead of actually focusing on the real culprits, or shitting on the few bright spots out there and generally just sitting around searching for things to go and be negative about gets tiring and doesn't do much for discussion.

Losing week after week gets tiring also. Every team's fans whine about something after a loss... imagine how the 49er fans feel this week.

We whine because we care

For me, I can see this taking a few weeks/months for the OLine to gel. If they can somehow find a way to eek out a win or two before week 8, this team will be completely different. Gurley will have had his cherry sufficiently popped (pardon the crudeness), maybe at some point Cignetti, Boudreau, and Co. will realize just what exactly does and doesn't work up front, and before you know it the team will be where we hopped they would be all along.

Call me crazy, but I still think this team can win 9 games. The defense is really good, and will be even better if they could actually play with a lead for the first time since 2004. Better defense means better field position, which means Tavon fields more over kicked punts, which leads to better special teams, which, in turn, leads to better field position.

This team cannot afford to start 1-5, however. It might take some defensive scores, it might take some special teams scores, or it might take a field goal-athon, but they have to find a way to win at least one, but hopefully 2 more games before my hypothetical genesis. It is not enough to play parade rainer at the end of seasons anymore.

Think the fans have every reason to whine. Had Kam Chancellor not held out we most likely are 0-3. We were told this team was super talented. The defense holds the Steelers to 9 points (3 points were due to a turnover) and you can't beat that poor steelers defense? Good luck winning in Arizona. A 1-3 start is not good. This looks like the same 6-10/7-9 teams we have seen the last 3 years.

I feel ya Dog! (c what I did there?) I NEVER predict a Rams loss. Hell, I won the Pickem here a couple years ago by NEVER picking against the Rams. I was the only one to do so and I still have never picked against the RAMS. I'll rag on elements of our team when I feel it's warranted but I never have no hope on game day. Fisher's decisions drive me crazy sometimes but then I remember I don't know what's going on behind the scenes driving his decisions. We are fans, short for fanatics of course, so we will often act crazy for the good and the bad. Loyal Rams fans are seasoned vets. We have known much pain the past decade. So I tend to give most opinions the benefit of the doubt but we have to stay positive man or this is futile.

I’m sick of the bitching. I’m sick of the bitching about the bitching. I’m sick of members attacking one another. I’m sick of the relocation talk. I’m sick of the consistent inconsistency. I’m sick of being sick!

Like @Dog I generally just try to refrain from posting when pissed…generally. Thank you song thread!!!

We aren't made of rubber...we do bleed. But we are a resilient bunch and incredibly optimistic. There isn't one bandwagoner among us at this point! We will be scabbed up soon and looking forward to our next opponent. What are those dumbass arizona fans saying now anyway?

@Sleepy1711 … Things are usually safe by Thursday or so.

Yeah you can't blame anybody for whining or complaining about the whining. It's the incompetent team's fault. You think we would have one accidental winning season in 10 years.

Admittedly I've been a huge whiner in the past. I did a bit less this week because it rubbed people the wrong way. But honestly, winning is the only cure for whining.

Hard pressed to see this team being any better then the 2012,2013 or 2014 version.

It's like braking on ice IMO. Could be a nice controlled stop or the bottom could fall out and could spin wildly out of control.

I think this is a much better team than those of the recent past but the results haven't changed. In 2012, a lot of our players would not have made the roster of another team. With our 2015 roster, I think nearly every player would, if cut tomorrow, make another NFL roster. Kind of leaves me with one conclusion as to the problem . . . and it isn't the talent.

Sounds like you want to be a moderator and control what people post. I don't get into all that personally. I come here to bounce my observations against my fellow fan's observations to check myself particularly when things aren't going well so for me there's a lot of value even in some of the negative posts.

Also for the most part the venting is kept to actual venting threads. Stay out of those maybe?

Yup.

Let's just discuss the real on field issues.

I look forward to the day that we will see a thread with the same title as this one, however "whining" is missing an "h" and has a double n between the i's

True that.

Funny thing though is even with winning fans lose their minds. It will be stuff like QB controversies, coach bashing, etc. Fans that follow their teams year around are a fiery bunch.
