He simply echoes what McVay and Snead have both already said. Nothing short of winning the Super Bowl is good enough.

Veteran offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth says that not only do the Rams need to reach Super Bowl LVI, which carries the added weight of being played at SoFi Stadium, but also win it.

"For us, that's just the truth," Whitworth said during a Friday appearance on Good Morning Football. "We've figured out how to win playoff games, we've made some runs in the postseason. And this time for us and this opportunity we feel like this team, nothing short of going to that Super Bowl and winning it is good enough. And that's really the expectation level for us, even though we know that's a slippery slope. But that's where we want to be. And if that's what you want, then you got to be able to speak about it and let people know that that's the only thing you see is the goal, and the only thing you see as accomplishing this season is just going and winning a Super Bowl."

It's tough when anything less than a Super Bowl victory would be considered a failure or disappointment.

Andrew Whitworth is my favorite player on the Rams.

But I struggle putting him ahead of ... Donald, Stafford, Ramsey, Kupp, Woods, Akers, Floyd, Darious Williams, Fuller, Burgess, Jefferson, Rapp, Hollins, Higbee, Joseph-Day, Edwards, Corbett, Ernest Jones, Rapp, Tutu, DeSean Jackson, Henderson, A'Shawn, Gay, Hav's, Harris, Funk..... ;)

The Rams players seem happy and confident. A good combo for going deep into the post season. I'm excited.

Yes and it feels great to be a fan of a team who has those high standards. So many teams talk that shit but they don't make the moves that show it. (y)

This is supposed to be the goal of every team, right? Admittedly there are some franchises who just don’t put the money into their team that it takes for that to be a realistic goal. However, the Rams are not one of them.

I would be more surprised to see anyone from the Rams playing it coy. These guys are hungry, they have some of the best players in the league at their positions and they should be confident.

Whitworth is a stabilizer… Veteran leadership to go with being a very young team.
