It's White and Cooper that are neck and neck on the video.

It's not actually your fault, the brilliant guys commentating said the wrong name. Here's a picture of Parker from the Combine:

If you pause the video and look closely, you can see that the guy in third place in the video linked above is #35. Parker was #35 at the Combine.

In fact, Cooper's "official" time on his 40 isn't accurate. Here's a tweet:

Cooper is this year's Donald. It seems like he's getting undervalued but the film doesn't lie. He's THAT good. Not only does he have the talent to be a top 5 WR in the NFL...he is very polished and pro ready.

Good, if we get him, I hope our current coaching staff will do a better job getting production out of him
