And, maybe an OL or two and another OLB! Is that asking for too much???

There are only two ways it will happen. The team has to lose every game, or they have to trade up to the Raiders or jags pick

Yes, I want that.

But I also want an OC that is held to the same standard as the players and other coaches, i.e. he too has to be sharp for 60 minutes a game. I want an OC who can consistently make good playcalls, not one who can do well one drive and then make awful playcalls for the next two or three. One that has the imagination to get Tavon involved in the passing game (there are probably at least a dozen OC's in the NFL that could do better in this respect).

When you have one that goes empty backfield near the goal line at a critical time of the game, telegraphing pass and thus no need to defend the run (and he's done this more than once) you've got someone who simply isn't ready for prime time.

Good point, 1328. We don't necessarily need a better QB... we could've won this game but for that bone-head play call. I think Shaun Hill could've at least thrown it away or something, but he never should've been in that position to begin with. I know Fish is going to defend his OC, but when they got down to the goal line, I kept thinking, OK, just 3 runs or maybe 2 and a Tay Awesome jet sweep, and if they don't work just kick it for OT. Or even use our humongous WR Britt & Cook on a fade, what we envisioned when we signed them. SMH.

Rant over, just glad for once we were in this position.

If your asking me for a QB, OL, and an OLB I'd say of course! That sounds like a great idea!

Unfortunately, the gang at Rams park may have other ideas.

Damn, if we had Bradford this year we'd be the toast of the NFL right now. I'm sure of it.
As it stands, we are in a very shitty position regarding the QB, and that's not in relation to Hill because he is what he is.
We are just between a rock and a hard place right now, gonna have to pray something breaks our way for a change...

Well, yeah, it is too much to ask. December 25th is well past the trade deadline. :mustache:
