Honestly, I don't think anyone can deny that the Saints are set up WAYYYYYYYYYY better than the Rams were when he took over the gig here. They might lose some defensive guys, but was there another coach that fielded a decent pass defense with 10 different corners recently? I don't know that he'll get the gig, but it would REALLY satisfy my curiosity to see him coach a team that actually had some talent (and minus the deluge of injuries).
