We really haven't had a kick returner like Tony Horne. With the current rules, maybe we never will. It was a different game back then.

The TD return against Minnesota in 1999 playoffs sealed that game.

The good old days when you could have blocking for big KO returns.

Tony Horne and the Rams blocking was amazing that year. Almost 30 yards a return. Punt returning was great too. Very complete Rams team.
