Offense: Here's who will be breaking out once September kicks off.

Shelley Smith, Rams (free agent)

Smith ultimately did not claim a starting job after working in a rotation with Chris Williams last year, but when he was on the field, he flashed as a drive-blocker in the running game. His pass protection can be iffy at times, so Pro Bowls aren’t on the fourth-year veteran’s horizon, but he can be a solid plug-in starter in the right ball control scheme.

Rams got no mentions. :(

Seeing Shelly Smith on this list is surprising/promising.

If he emerges; it's huge.

Disagree with him. Seems like he's basing it on PFF and PFF is off on Smith. Shelley is an under-powered run blocker and struggles with his anchor and hand use in pass protection. Probably would be better off going to a ZBS team.

Agrees. He tries for sure and I would not mind keeping Shelley as a depth guy but he does his best work on the move in the running game. He had some nice plays pulling. He had some moments on ice skates in the passing game.
