Near the top is a small sub menu that will say manage picks and manage pools. Once inside the pool you want to do(in this case the ballers league), click on manage picks and presto.

Ok, right above the match ups on the right side in a small box that will say "week 1" or something like that. Click on that and you can select week 2.

Edit: Its a little box that says "Switch Weeks".
